- A booking confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation.
- Please review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods as specified.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the payment.
5. Special Requests
- Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Guests are advised to have their own insurance coverage for personal belongings and health.
- Geek&SPA is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property.
