Visitor Rules for Geek&SPA

Welcome to Geek&SPA! Each visitor is required to familiarize themselves with these visitor rules upon entry and adhere to the provisions outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, visitors accept these rules, which become binding upon them.

General Guidelines

All current instructions for Geek&SPA take precedence over general guidelines.

Operating Hours, Entry, and Exclusion

• Operating hours are visibly displayed.
• Entry is permitted only during operating hours with a valid ticket and wristband, which can be purchased at the reception.
• The wristband must be worn visibly on the wrist throughout the entire visit. The wristband contains credit for services such as the bar, which must be settled upon departure.
• Visitors must return the wristband upon leaving.
• In case of loss or damage to the wristband, a fee must be paid.
• Children under 12 years old are allowed entry only when accompanied by an adult over 18.
• The children’s pool is reserved for children up to 6 years old.
• Children under 15 years old are not allowed in the Sauna World.
• The management reserves the right to close Geek&SPA for private events, during which it will not be accessible to the public.
• The last entry is one hour before closing.
• For safety reasons, individuals who cannot move, dress, or undress independently must be accompanied.
• Entry is prohibited for individuals with infectious diseases, skin conditions, fever, cough, or other contagious conditions.
• Health contraindications are specified in the operational rules.
• Entry is not permitted for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Access may be denied to individuals displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior, violating the visitor rules, or not adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• No pets are allowed inside Geek&SPA.

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including electronic cigarettes.
• Glass items, including bottles, are not allowed.
• Sharp objects that could cause injury are forbidden.
• Eating near pools, in the Sauna World, and in massage rooms is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Visitors must behave in a manner that does not damage Geek&SPA property.
• Any damage caused by a visitor must be compensated.
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior of their children. The management is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with the rules.
• The management is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by negligence or failure to follow these rules or staff instructions.
• Damages caused by visitors will be pursued according to applicable laws.

Operational Instructions for Visitors

• Entry is time-restricted, and exceeding the allotted time requires additional payment.
• Changing rooms are equipped with lockers and complete facilities.
• Visitors must wear slippers in the changing rooms and use designated cabins for changing.
• Lockers must be secured with the wristband provided at entry.
• Visitors are responsible for securing their belongings.
• Complaints or suggestions should be directed to the lifeguard or reception.
• First aid is provided by the lifeguard.
• Visitors must follow the instructions of the lifeguard and responsible staff.
• Cleanliness and order must be maintained at all times.

Pool Rules

• Bathing is allowed only in swimwear and without shoes.
• Eating, drinking, or chewing gum is prohibited in the pool area.
• Littering and water pollution are forbidden.
• Jumping into the pool, pushing, and running around the pool are not allowed.
• Visitors must ensure their own safety and that of others.
• Small children must wear swim diapers.
• Inflatable aids and goggles are allowed, but balls, fins, and large inflatables are not.
• Visitors must leave the pool 15 minutes before closing.

Sauna World Rules

• Visitors must shower thoroughly before entering the sauna.
• Children under 15 are not allowed in the Sauna World.
• Footwear is not permitted in the sauna.
• Remove jewelry and watches before entering.
• Always sit on a towel in the sauna.
• Behave considerately, keep noise to a minimum, and respect others.
• Consumption of food, alcoholic beverages, and medications is prohibited in the Sauna World.
• In case of discomfort, immediately seek assistance from the lifeguard or staff.

Massage Room Rules

• Enter the massage room in a robe or with a towel.
• Remove jewelry and watches as required by the type of massage.
